1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Disclaimer

  • No parts are provided on a trial, loan, or diagnostic basis.
  • If troubleshooting requires swapping components, an on-site technician is recommended.
  • No guarantee that purchased parts or advice will resolve issues due to machine complexity.

2. Order Accuracy & Buyer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Verify part numbers, compatibility, and specs
  • Ensure suitability for their machine

Not responsible for:

  • Incorrect orders
  • Installation errors or misuse
  • Downtime, labor, or consequential damages

3. Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Most components: 50% restocking fee
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Obsolete/discontinued (10+ years old)
    • End-of-Life products
    • Custom/special orders
    • Electrical components, boards, computers

4. Return Eligibility

Must meet:

  • Request within 15 days of delivery
  • Unused, uninstalled, unopened
  • Original packaging with all components

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Installed, connected, damaged, or incomplete

  • Ships FOB Shipping Point
  • Risk transfers to buyer when shipped

    • Inspecting deliveries
    • Noting damage

Recommendation:

  • Purchase shipping insurance

9. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • Report within 5 business days
  • Keep packaging
  • Provide photos/documentation

10. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for:

  • Indirect/consequential damages
  • Lost revenue or production
  • Labor/installation costs

Liability capped at purchase price

11. Good Faith Support Statement
