- No parts are provided on a trial, loan, or diagnostic basis.
- If troubleshooting requires swapping components, an on-site technician is recommended.

2. Order Accuracy & Buyer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Verify part numbers, compatibility, and specs
- Ensure suitability for their machine
Not responsible for:
- Incorrect orders
- Installation errors or misuse
- Downtime, labor, or consequential damages
3. Returns & Restocking Fees
- Most components: 50% restocking fee
- Non-returnable items:

- Noting damage

9. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
